One title came out of E3 that surprised me more than anything else. It’s also taken the award for Best In Show from several outlets, including IGN and Gamespot. This is a pretty big accomplishment, as it is the first portable game to win such high honor’s in the history of E3. Scribblenauts is an ambitious title for the Nintendo DS in which you can call upon a library of 10,000 words to complete puzzles. How did they come up with so many words? 5 people reportedly spent 6 months doing nothing but researching words to put in the game. But words can’t quite describe the charm this game has, so cross the break for some videos.

Scribblenauts is developed by 5th Cell, creators of Draw Me To Life (DS) and Lock’s Quest (DS), and launches for the Nintendo DS on September 15th!
