Earlier today over on his Twitter ThePosterBoy, a producer on Burnout Paradise, alerted us to a new feature called The My Paradise PlayStation 3 Discovery Map. What this utility allows a user to do is upload part of their Burnout Paradise Game Save and it will output a map of Paradise. On the right hand side of that page the user can click on check boxes to see what events they have completed or have incomplete. Everything from stunts runs, car parks, jumps, smashes and everything in between can be found and then easily completed!
As I was at work I used the power of Twitter to find a user that was sitting at home, owned Burnout Paradise and had nothing better to do with his time then email me his game save and who should answer the call but GeminiAce! He was gracious enough to email his Burnout game save and I took the liberty of uploading said game save to the website and “analyzed” what he has completed and what he has not. As you can see in the pictures below GeminiAce has barely touched Burnout Paradise and that is a shame!

To quote a friend of mine… “THIS IS AMAZING”! As Burnout Paradise is one of the easiest games to get that Platinum trophy in no one should have any excuse for not being about to find all the car parks or smash enough billboards. It is all right at your finger tips! Granted you play Burnout Paradise on the PS3 that is! As there is not way to copy your 360 game save to anything but a memory unit I don’t see this feature being available to 360 owners any time soon!
I would like to thank GemninAce for being PS3Evolved’s guinea pig! Now all of you head over to www.burnoutteamrocks.com, upload your Burnout game save and GO GET THAT PLATINUM! Its an easy one!
[UPDATE]: Well we never say we are up to date here at PS3E we just say if we post it you should be reading it! Seems this site was up a little while ago, but this is the first I have heard of it and wanted to pass it along to everyone else!
